Hi, my name is Glenn Davis. I received Christ as my Lord and Savior as a young 11 year old but didn't really have a relationship with Jesus until the early 90's after attending several Promise Keeper events.   In 1984 I married my best friend, neighbor (of 13 years) and love of my life, Sandra.   After she graduated from CU, Boulder (Go Buffs!) we lived in Denver (Go Broncos!) for almost 15 years. In 1993 as we were expecting our first child, Tucker, God redirected and focused my life, commitments and responsibilities as the spiritual leader of the household.   He also instilled in both Sandra and me a passion for children and a responsibility for their spiritual growth.   We have been blessed that He has placed wonderful mentors along our journey in children's ministry.   God continued to bless us with sons, Cole and Seth, while we lived a hectic Denver lifestyle.   Thankfully, God directed our path to Ark City where we intended to "slow things down". It has been all BUT that! In His infinite wisdom and humor, God blessed us with our daughter, Grace, shortly after the move.   Calvary Chapel Ark City is our church home where you'll find most of the family buzzing around in service somewhere.   I serve as a deacon, usher, and "chief" conga player.   Sandra and I recently accepted the call to lead the children's ministry where we pray God will use us mightily to make Jesus real to this next generation.   I try to live my life verse, John 15:5, "I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing."
